    Hi Carmelito,

To enter information into the NAV Trial Balance, you need to post a G/L Journal. You would need to decide whether you want to bring over just the Balance Sheet at a point in time, or whether you want to bring over the Balance Sheet + Movements in the Profit & Loss Period by Period.

When you have decided this you can import the G/L Journals from Excel or CSV, check them and then post.

Also recall that you can use a Source Code (such as "OPBAL") when you post a G/L Journal.

    Thanks, Rocco

Most companies bring closing balances from their existing system. You can import data using dataport into the General Journal line please make sure all the necessary information is properly created in the .csv format before import. You can import the subledger data (for e,g, Customer, Vendor, Fixed Asset and Bank) after import of general ledger data.
