My screen crashing and showing like unresponsive(to responsive wait or exit).sometimes it's happening when click on lookup fields and many more areas.

My screen crashing and showing like unresponsive(to responsive wait or exit).sometimes it's happening when click on  lookup fields and many more areas.

Happening many times in IE and Chrome. I removed caches and cleared browser and some time working on with again i am getting this error.Anyone facing this issue.Is this product related issue ?.if any one have idea on this please help on this.

    Only you or others user affected? If so, just test it to disabled all the javascript. If still the same, then try to enable the crm log using this crmdiagtool2011.codeplex.com.

    Or another try to iisreset, restart the sql server service, crm service. Maybe your server ram is full.

    Test to disabled all the customization. Usually this happened because there is error on your code. Disabled all the javascript and check what's wrong with your customization.

    Hello kittu.

    Sometimes this issue occurs when you have a large amount of records in some entities.

    Do you problems with lookups in general or only with the regarding lookup?

    Please check the Event Viewer of your application server, if the problem occurs.

    Maybe you have performance problems while retrieving data.
