difference between queues

Hello Experts,

is that true that queues can be different? Like normal Queues and Company Queues?

I ask this question because i have a filter with company queues and active queues and one queues cant be find in the company queues view.

    1. Can you go from customization and see if this view is managed or unmanaged view.

    2. Can you chcek what is the filter applied?

    I thought that too but i was wrong.

    Thats a Standardqueue from the System.

    Hi Leon,

    Queues are only of two types - Public and Private

    Public = everyone can see and user doesnt needs to be added to it explicitly

    Private = user needs to be added in order to see the queue items.

    Now comes your question why you have this views - i believe these are custom views created which might be referencing to a field in the queue which says queue type such as company , person etc.

    i hope this makes sense.
