Issues/Limitations with ISH (Interactive Service Hub)

Are there any existing limitations or issues with ISH, currently we are on Dynamics 365 Online V8.2. We want to enable ISH for Custom Entities, checking with the community before proposing to customer. Is ISH a stable product ?

    AFAIK it is stable enough. It is as stable as CRM is.
