Existing customer sites can buy whatever they need.
New customer sites can buy Perpetual Licenses up to April 2025.
New customer sites can buy Subscription Licenses up to April 2026.
The change only affects new Microsoft Dynamics GP sites.

The first bullet point mentions no new sales of GP Perpetual Licenses, while the last bullet point states that existing customers can continue to purchase new ones
Can you clarify that a bit, as the seem somewhat at odds.
