Hi Everyone,

I need some help.

I would like to have recurring general journal line auto-delete after posted. I did use expiration date same as posting date, but the line still there.

I need to manually delete the lines having past expiration date before can post for the current month recurring journal (else system prompt error message)

I have no idea how it can be done.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Problem is with Your frequency. CM - doesn't change anything for the posting date - so the line is always active, and doesn't expire.

Change frequency to 1M. After posting a line, the Posting Date will change to +1month.

At the moment of posting, system Ignores the lines, where Expiration date is before Posting Date - so expired lines will not affect the posting process - and old lines, can be filtered out or deleted once in a while.
