I'm trying to delete a diary that was uploaded by mistake in accounting, but I get this error.

Looks like voucher number issue. Did you changed voucher series in the journal names after creating this journal?
no, I tried that to match it to the journal format but it also gave me an error
Can you create new number sequence with DRA-***** to match journal line voucher series. Attach this new number sequence in the journal name "DPTP" for voucher series then try to delete. Later you can change it back to DPTP sequence.

Hi Luis,
All pending journals must be closed before changing any configuration in that journal name. In your case looks like it did not happened. To post/delete this journal you need to set up voucher series same as when you created this journal. If existing voucher series is not allowing you to change, you may think about creating new one and assign it to journal name temporarily till pending journal is closed.
