Partial Shipment of a Service Order

I am trying to setup Service Management in BC SaaS.

If a customer sends in more than one service item and requests partial shipment - that is as they we ship back each one as they get repaired - I can't see how we can do this.

The online documentation mentions that partial shipment is allowed, but then references ship quantities against individual service line items. That don't make sense.

So if I have one service item at status /Finished/ and another at status /In Process/ - I want to ship the Service Item thath is /Finished/ however the Post-> Ship will not work while any Service Item has an /In Process/ status.

I don't want each Service Item to have a unique Service Order, because I want everything to be on the same invoice.

Any suggestions?
