CRM Online Availability in South Africa

This is getting a little rediculous now.. and I hope someone at microsoft can actually give a clear indication and not the typical vague answers I always get.

CRM has been part of Office 365 for the US and other markets since December 2011. We are now in July of 2013, and South Africa still has no access to Microsoft CRM online through Office 365... We are microsoft partners and we have clients screaming at us to give them Microsoft CRM trial invitations, or to create purchase offers for CRM... but alas... we cannot do anything... because its not available to SA.

Come on microsoft, get your act together! How long do I still have to turn customers away because you cannot get your software deployed?

Hi Tjopsta,

It is a good question but unlikely that a confirmed date will be provided via a reply on the community site.

There were solid reasons as to why South Africa was not included in the CRM Online roll out earlier. These are continuously evaluated by the Microsoft team, who also solicit feedback from the SA market on a regular basis.

While it's likely only a matter of time before CRM Online is enabled for SA, for the interim there are a number of outstanding local hosting partners who can provide free 30 day trials as well as a cost effective solution going forward.

I understand that the ideal would be to enable these customers alongside 365, but perhaps the local eval options would suit your purpose during the sales cycle at least?

CRMonDemand.co.za is no longer available in South Africa.

There are a number of other providers:

Enterprisecloud.co.za

Mint.co.za
