I am looking for the place to enter Credit card token when creating Free text invoice with Method of payment as Credit card.
Please help me!

You can add method of payment to customer master and while creating a free text invoice, it will be populated on FTI invoice header:
I think that you mean Terms of payment that you can activate it with Credit Card as payment type- Terms of payment can be configured on customer group and customer master.
PS. You have possibility to change terms of payment and method of payment on order level.

I can add a method of payment as credit card. but the point is i want to look for the place i can add the CC Token.
As my expect, it should look like this (this pic i take from SO)
Do you use any customization for this? Do you get this pop-up message while posting of SO?
