I know the Activity Rollup on Accounts or Contacts (and some other core entities) are not customizable. or not supported...
There is a requirement to stop users be able to access Cases other than their own ones or explicitly shared with them via the Access Team.
Now that side thing are all working fine.
The Issue I see is caused by this Activity Rollup on Accounts or Contacts social pane.
So I am user A who hasn't got access to see a case B which is a child of Account B.
But activities i.e. emails regarding the case B will get rolled up on the Account B social pane.
Now user A can read emails on a case that they are not suppose to see,
but even worse user A can click on the regarding link on the email message and error will throw as user A doesn't actually have rights to see this case.
I really don't want to use the unsupported ways...kinda stuck
any comments, ideas please?
