i already read this and developed a report .
The challenge in this report is I have to get the data for the week provided in the parameter and a week before data .
also there are calculations like variance and ratio .
could you guide on how to do it ?

So you stuck at parameter form of report?
There is a standard report in AX which accepts this date parameters based on the user selection on parameter form, you can search with name LedgerTransStatement**, and apply the logic in your class by understanding the standard behavior.
