how to set owner of a case as that of owner of account using workflow dynamics crm

    Is the account the customer value that the case form is populated with?
    If so, you can create one workflow to update case owner with value from this populated account owner.
    1)Settings > Processes:
    2)Trigger and steps(Condition and Assign record)
    3)Assign case: Set Properties:
    4)Save and Active it.
     
    JS can also be done, but it will be a little complicated, if you have not touched the code to recommend the use of workflow.
    --Owner is one lookup field, you can refer to the following blog to get and set lookup value through js code.
