Management reporter not picking voided transactions with GP 2013 R2

Hi Guys,

I have an issue with management reporter that MR is not picking voided transactions balance from GL due to which my balance sheet and other reports does not showing correct values. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue with MR.

I have exact the same problema with voided rm transactions. CU 13 installed anew. Have any resolution.?

Hi Naunan,

You will need to delete the DM data data mart from the sql server and create it again.

In other words run the configuration again.

Make sure you have the correct password for the MR services

I have upgraded my management reporter to CU13 but still voided transactions is not coming in reports. Is there anything else which i have to check for this.

Hi Nauman,

This a known issue with the old services pack of MR , you will need to install the latest services pack 13 U and configure the MR2012 again and let me know if you have any questions.
