We are using a HoloLens 2 with Dynamic Remote Assist and Microsoft Teams. When on the Teams meeting, the person wearing the headset can used the Mixed Reality tools, but the other people on the Teams meeting cannot. We can click and place arrows and use the pen tool, but it does not show up in the HoloLens.
Are you using the Teams application or the Teams browser client? In case of the app which operating system?
We are using the Teams desktop application. We were able to do this on previous meetings, but this week it has not been working.
I experienced the same issue as described above today using a Hololens 1.
Tried to annotate in a teams video conferance call between a Hololens 1 and a Teams Desktop Application for Windows 10.
