Unable to get ISV app from microsoft marketplace(appsource)

Hi all,

I’ve published a Dynamics 365 F&O app (ISV model) on the Microsoft Marketplace (AppSource) using Partner Center. However, when trying to install it by clicking on "Get Now" in AppSource, I am encountering the following error. Could you please suggest the possible issues causing this and the steps to resolve it?

Hi,

Could you please check if there are any background processes or logic being used at the time of app installation?

Hi,

Can you tell what you have set up on the AppSource listing and what will be your expectation here? There used to be an option to have an environment, running in your own tenant, available for a trial. You then need to do some additional configuration. However, I wonder if this is still supported.

Hi @CU03100811-0,

There is a common reason for the "Get Now" error in AppSource is incomplete or incorrect setup in Partner Center or LCS. Make sure the offer is linked to a valid LCS project with a configured deployment.

Check that the deployment region matches the selected environment, and the offer has passed all validations. Ensure the app is marked “Available” and targeted to the correct country/region and D365 product type. And also, verify legal terms, AAD tenant, and AppSource authentication are set up correctly.

Thanks for the response .

Could you please list down all the checkpoints which needs to be verified.

-From the partner center all the offer validations were successful and the AppSource link was enabled automatically.

- One point which i would link to highlight here is offer in partner center was created with a different account than LCS id , but both ids are added in the same domain.
