Attachments to general journal entries get overwritten

Hello - we are having an issue with retrieving the support attachments for previously posted journals. It appears that if the same filename was used for multiple attachments, that the archived attachments are being overwritten. For example, the attachment to JE#1 gets overwritten by the attachment to JE#2 each posted in different periods. We use attachment type "File" when we attach a document to a journal entry. We noticed this issue when we tried to open the attachment to JE#1 and we noticed that the content of the attachment was different that what was actually attached at the time. Then we discovered that the content of the attachment for JE#1 is the same as that of JE#2 which was posted subsequently to a later period.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?
