how to get previous version of sales quotation details in Dynamics 365 FO

I have created sales quotation and send to Customer

then i have revised the sales quotation and send to customer again. so total three times i have revised the quotation and send to customer .

now i need to see all the three version of quotation i send to customer , from where i can see this ?

I don't know exactly the way you have made it, but In Sales Quotation you have the option Quotation journal

Hi Santosh,

If you used the function 'Send quotation' for every communication to the customer, then the Quotation journal mentioned by Nuno will have all versions. If you did not use this function, then the application itself does not have the history.

Hi Santosh, You should be able to see all versions/revisions of the quote under "Sent Sales quotations' page under Sales and Marketing Module.

Hi Santosh,

Usually such history information (versions) can be seen from sales quotation journals where you can print any version of the sales quotation again. Another way is to get this information from this path

my quotation journal only showing the latest quotation. is there any setup i need to enable to see all previous version of quotation i send to this customer . for this customer i send quotation then customer requested to change to the amount , so i changed the amount and resend the quote. . but now i can see only last send the quotation ( where i can see the quotation versions like 1,2..)

I went Sent sales quotations page->Quotation Journal but here i can see my latest version only ZEO-000102-4... where i can see ZEO-000102-1,2,3
