Hi all.
I've read up on the Internet Facing Deployment instructions but unfortunaltey they are not applicable in our case as we built our CRM setup the wrong way to start with (the naming convention is all wrong).
We decided that the web interface is good enough (we don't need the Outlook plug-in to work outside the company just yet) so we published the CRM server as any other web server through our ISA Server 2006.
This leads to one big problem (and maybe more, but I haven't been able to troubleshoot more); whenever CRM needs to do an AJAX (I suppose) update it fails with a generic error.
This occurs for instance when I search for an account or contact or when doing a lookup for a user in a form and the result set can't be displayed.
Does anyone have any ideas if this is something we can fix or is it just not possible to publish CRM 4 through an ISA server like this?
