Production floor management workspace is not showing anything

Hi! 
 
I want to use the /production orders to release/ in the /Production floor management/ workspace. I have created a production order and job scheduled it. I do not understand why the production order is not shown in the workspace. Has somebody encountered the same issue?

    Hi,
    You can check the following points:
    Ensure that the production order has been released and its status is consistent with the visibility settings in the Production Floor Management workspace. Sometimes orders in a specific status (such as "Planned" or "Created") may not appear until they are released or are in a specific production stage.
    Refresh the data in the Shop Floor Management workspace to ensure that the latest information is displayed, including newly created production orders. There may be delays in data synchronization or refresh.
    Confirm that the job associated with the production order was successfully planned and executed. Look for any error messages or exceptions related to the creation, scheduling, or release of production orders.
    Verify that the user account accessing the Production Floor Management workspace has the appropriate permissions to view and manage production orders.

    If you change the date on the Production floor management workspace to after the Start date of the production order, does the Tile update to include your production order?

    I have the same problem. We have several workspaces that are blank like this one. I am assuming that we are missing something in the setup to connect the workspace to the data. I have tried all options with changing dates and the "configure my workspace" button. I can't get data to show either.

    you must configure the workspace first (Button configure my workspace).

    Production floor management workspace is not showing anything
    You may already be aware, but please note that date (top left of the workspace) is rather important. It defaults today. The number of Production orders to release will only show orders in a Scheduled state that are scheduled to start today or earlier. Most schedulers want to review upcoming orders as well, often anything scheduled within the next week or two. So, update this date to include upcoming production or batch orders. Hope that helps . . .
