Hello,

I've noticed a change in bank rec screen behaviour when using the Transfer to General Journal function - the posted transactions no longer appear in the bank rec after I close out of the posted journal screen. Users need to close out of the bank rec and re-open it to see the new entries. These used to appear straight away before the last upgrade.

Is this an inevitable design feature or can I do something to change it back to how it worked before?

I do not know if this is an intended change in behavior or not.

You could contact your CSP partner and have them open a support ticket with Microsoft to check if the change is intended or not.
