when i print report as shown in the pic (squares not required and not insert in ax)

I guess some missing labels.
Thank you Mr/Umesh Pandit ...but i test labels and not problem found in it.
usually this means that the font is not installed on all of the servers its needs to be or it was installed incorrectly.
check out this site on how to enable custom fonts for export with ax ssrs
