Hello everyone!
We are working on setting up the UCI on premise (version 9.0.15.9). There is a major issue where we cannot get to Service Activities, Equipment or Reports from the UCI, but they are available if you switch to the classic interface. They show up in the SiteMap, and in the UCI Solution, but they are no where to be found in the interface. Service Activities no longer are listed with all Activities, or as related to other entities, such as Cases
When testing online (9.1), I had to download the Service Scheduling Module in order for the Service Activities and Equipment entity to show in the online UCI. However, we are no longer moving to the cloud and are staying On Premise. I cannot find any solutions that would be for On Premise.
Does anyone know how to get these entities available?
