Cannot see Dynamics CE Admin Centre in Trial instance

Just signed up for a Trial of Office 365 E3 + Dynamics Customer Engagement and when I go to office.com I see tiles for Dynamics 365 for Operations ??? but no CE (Sales, Cust Service etc)

Is there something else I need to do to see the Dynamics environment ? I see all Trial licenses associated but no Dynamics admin centre? Any help would be appreciated - thx

Hi @MarkAD,

If you have signed up for trial using https://trials.dynamics.com/.

Admin centre for powerplatform is : admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com. where you can find environment details and you can also create new environment with dataverse.

Thank you Prakash for responding - when I go to the Power Platform Admin Centre I see the following and I believe I should be able to see the Dynamics Apps Sales, Cust Service etc

Considering I starting this 24hrs ago I would have thought it would have been provisioned - just not sure if I am suppose to enable something?

Hi @MarkAD,

For this trial instance, you will not get any apps with it.

You have to create new model driven app.

I think for default environment DB will not exists. Create new trial instance and create DB for this environment.

Start creating your own app in it.

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

Please note, by default, trial is create with Dataverse Environment. This means, Dynamics 365 Features and Apps are not available.

You need to create a new environment with following options to start trial of Dynamics 365 CE:

Type: Trial

Create a Database for this environment: yes

Enable Dynamics 365 apps: yes

Once environment is provisioned:

Go to office.com.

Under Apps -> Other, you should see Sales Hub (or Sales Professional App).

When you go to make.powerapps.com, make sure you switch to the new environment (so you can customize Dynamics 365 Entities/Solutions).

Hi,

You can try creating trial environment from cdx.transform.microsoft.com/my-tenants where you will get the entire Dynamics Apps installed in an environment.
