Business Card Scan

I am currently testing the Business Card Scan feature on contacts and leads. Unfortunately, there is always an error message.
As a system administrator, this should be possible. What should be considered?

    Based on the information you have provided, we are unable to determine the specific error you are experiencing while using the /Business Card Scan/ feature in D365 Sales.
     
    Would you be able to provide us with more information about this error? For example, an error code or an image containing the error message. This will help us to better pinpoint the cause of the problem.
     
    Here are some of our guesses about the problem
    1. According to the official documentation, you must have a D365 Sales Premium/Enterprise license to use this feature, please check if you have this license.

    2./Business Card Scan/ is part of the /Ai Builder/ feature, the use of the Ai Builder feature has different restrictions in different regions, please refer to the documentation in the link below.
