Hi All

I've seen PA flow for general journal batch. Is there a way to create a power Automate approval workflow for other tables such as Item Journals?

Yes, but with two limitations.
First, not all standard tables have APIs, you need to customize. If there are no APIs, it cannot be selected in Power Automate.

Second, the general functions in BC will not prevent user operations even if they are not approved, such as adding Payment Terms, there is no control in the standard. . For customers, you can set the status and so on. So to make it perfect, some customization is also required.
