Where is runtime.exe for Dexterity 14?

Just downloaded Dexterity 14.  Tried to set up a runtime system for my standalone Dex product, but there is no runtime.exe in the download?????  Where is it?  I can't use the old runtime.exe from Dex 10,11...any help please.....herb
