I hope someone can help me with this problem. When I try to add customers at the register is says "you are not allowed to create new customers at the POS" I have checked every where and do not see how to allow this, at the cashier level it is allowed to view and edit all customers . Okay so I thought I would out smart it and setup at in Global Customers and let it flow over, I cannot get it to flow over to the POS what is it that I am doing wrong?

I have checked the template setting, view security all says changeable, POS setting are all blue. What am I missing here? Need this to work for loyalty cards.

Try backdating a 401 to a date before the issue started.

I am also having trouble getting changes/modifications (not account adjustments) made in Headquarters to global customer accounts to be reflected in the customer list in Store Operations POS/Manager.

I've run the Request Data Upload worksheet, but it doesn't seem to work. What should I be doing?

You're looking for a setting in Store Operations Manager, File Menu--> Configuration then as highlighted
