Unable to receive an email sent via D365 workflow while status is succeeded - Why?

Hello,

I have successfully created a workflow that sends an email after record is created - I see under process session that workflow has triggered and status is succeeded, however message detail was empty - I am unsure if that's the reason email is not being sent? Can you please share how can I make this workflow working to receive an email ?

    Hi,

    Can you check the below details?

    1. Check if the email message record got created in Dynamics CRM with proper from and to address.

    2. Check what is the status of the email message (whether it is in pending sent or sent), if it is pending sent, your from address mailbox is not enabled.
