Hi everyone

I have a Dynamics CRM 365 On-premise and Exchange Online (Office 365) environment. I want to be able to send emails from CRM. I don't need to synchronize emails, tasks or contacts. Neither do I need to configure mailboxes for every CRM user. I just need to configure one postbox (say: crm@mydomain.com) that will be responsible for sending sending emails out.

How can I achieve this the easiest way?

Good question, but you'll find more people willing and able to help if you ask in the Dynamics CRM forum or the Dynamics 365 Enterprise forum (you can navigate to that page from Dynamics Community > Communities).
