Double Opt In for a Event Registration Marketing form

Hi Community :)
I created a marketing form for a event registraiton and it works fine in general.
 
Now we try to enable the /double opt in/ process for this event registration form.
Still the registration works fine howerver it is not recoginizing the double opt in process. 
The Contact is create and registered before the double opt was confirmed.
 
Do you have any idea how to solve the problem? 
Is the double opt in function working for event registration malrkeintg forms?

    Hi Partner,
    Have you referred to all steps of the following documentation:     
    Based on the documentation, event registraiton form type should be supported.
    Consider that you enabled this option later.
    Maybe you can recreate one new form and enable double opt-In option at the same time, to test to see if it works.
    Or you can try to use global double opt-in:
