How to notify a user that he/she has been assigned a record of an entity in Dynamics 365?

Hello Everyone,

I have created a Microsoft Flow that notifies a user whenever he/she has been assigned a record.

I have created a flow on update of appointment entity when ownership of record changes user will notify with the subject.

I am facing the issue, every time when ownership changes i only getting notification regardless of who it assigned to, As flow new to me, i am not able to get the owner of the record.

Is there any other way to notify the user on CRM mobile application. Can anybody please help me?

Hi,

You can refer the existing template like "Send a Mobile Notification when new task is created in Dynamics 365" or something else which has the oenwer id criteria.

Something like this-

Hi,

I have already tried this approach, not able to notifying to different users and as i am the owner of flow i only getting the notification.

Below mentioned is the snap shot of flow -

If you have a different solution to notify the user using mobile notification please suggest.

Hi Dewashish,

You can send an email to the user to notify him/her when the record is assigned to him/her , you can do this using workflow, please refer to below link for more information.
