I have been trying to modify an existing RMS POS setup to post to reports every time a NO Sale option is chosen. There has been an ongoing occurrence of employees using the NO Sale option after cash transactions and keeping the money, and the current setup does not report these cancellations. PLEASE ADVISE!!!

Why do you allow them to access No sale right? Just restrict this from your employees.

if u can require a reason code then you can hook that for a report
