We seem to have an anomaly where accounts we have setup under, Vendor, Accounts, then selecting the ellipse button “…” to specify “Additional Vendor Accounts” are disappearing or missing. We have setup these accounts in previous periods, then processed successfully in the following period, then, they will be missing the next period. This only seems to be happening to a subset of these accounts and is random. Has anyone experienced this… ?

Yes, thanks, it actually was an issue with the database ( worked with Microsoft to resolve by clearing a table and letting it re-index.) Sorry about the late response..
