We can help you if you provide some more details on what you need.
What details do you wish to see in the document are you referring as"Production master set-up doc". There is no standard document with this name.
You can download the standard Microsoft material from partner-source/customer-source as well as from the information source.
Also as I mentioned earlier, there are lot of good online blogs/tutorials/ videos which you can refer.
I am afraid there is no such thing as a "master set-up doc". You need to a) understand the software and then b) map it to the requirements of the customer.
If you are a customer I would suggest you talk to your implementation partner - if you are unwilling you need to start with the courses and information already supplied.
If you are a partner then you need to get trained.
AX is not really a system you can turn on, setup from a template and then have it working the way you desire without understanding the processes and setup of the system, which with all the configurable elements means one document that fits all does not exist. If you want the master document you could look at the demo data and use that!
Regret for the same. I have made the basic setup with the manual available. I could able to complete the operations till "released" status. in the next status of "material consumption" iam experiencing the error i.e., "Production status Released does not allow posting the journal.". if u have time, i will share the setups and the procedure i have followed. plz guide me.
Still we are not unable to resolve the issue can you share your skype id & pls guide us .
