I'm brand new to Dynamics Business Central so let me know if what I'm asking is completely the wrong way of doing this.
We have 10 sales people, all with their own email addresses. I want to set up a shared mailbox, sales@ - which all customer engagement will go through, incoming and outgoing.
Ideally, I want 1 of the sales people to monitor the sales@ inbox and create opportunities from the emails that come in.
These opportunities will then be assigned to the 10 sales people in a 'Round Robin' fashion.
Now, I know that that the Round Robin bit is possible using Microsoft Flow - so that is fine (I think). But I just can't find out how to get a sales@ inbox working in the way I'm imagining it above. Maybe there is a better way of doing it.
