Automatic creation of Queue items in CRM 2011

Hello,

I have a CRM 2011 instance where all the times I create an account or an opportunity directly in the Web site, a "Queue item" record is created. I was wondering if there is some setting to make this happen but just don't find where it is. Anyone know about this feature in CRM? Creating queue items whenever Accounts/Opportunities are created

I also checked if there is a workflow in the environment creating this queue item but didn't find any workflow with such behavior

    I just identified where this is handled, it is at the entity level. The setting "Automatically move records to the owner's default queue when a record is created or assigned."

    It is a user Queue. Good idea about dependencies ,  I just checked but only Entity relationship items are shown, along with three Application Ribbon dependencies, and a Dashboard

    Which queue are the items in ? Is it a user queue, or a generic queue ? This should help track down what is causing this.

    You can also check the dependencies on the queue entity. If a workflow process is creating queue items, it will have a dependency on the queue entity

    No, I also checked plugins and didn't find anything creating the queue items, so I thought it was some default behavior in 2011. Thanks for your response

    Hi,

    There is no out of the box functionality to create queue item when account record is created, did you check if there is any plugin on account/opportunity create ??
