Hello,
I have a CRM 2011 instance where all the times I create an account or an opportunity directly in the Web site, a "Queue item" record is created. I was wondering if there is some setting to make this happen but just don't find where it is. Anyone know about this feature in CRM? Creating queue items whenever Accounts/Opportunities are created
I also checked if there is a workflow in the environment creating this queue item but didn't find any workflow with such behavior
