One of my users is not able to see the side bar on the left. (please se the screenshot below).
All other users have the sidebar. Is there a setting that needs to be turned on for the user? Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.
Hi, that appears to be D365 running in "application mode" (something I still don't understand MS not removing, but that's a different tangent). You can check that in Power Platform Admin>Environments>Environment (your sandbox instance from the screenshot)>Settings>Product>Behaviour>Open in application mode. Make sure that toggle is turned off.
