Hi, I have an approval sequence set up that hasn't escalated after its 2 day respite. Does anyone have any idea what the usual cause for this is? Its not approval engine as others that day time were all ok?

Hello,
Can you provide us some additional information on your approval sequence?
The tag says that you are using AX4, is that right?
The approval sequence that you setup is this something that comes out of the box or is this something that you have modified as I do not remember that AX4 already has approval and escalating features as e.g. AX2012?
Finally, have you tested whether the escalation works at all e.g. by changing the 2 days limit to some minutes in a test environment?
