I’m working with a Dynamics GP company database named NA.
The BASE price sheet (PRCSHID = 'BASE') was accidentally deleted from the tables IV10401 and IV10402.
To fix this, I restored a temporary backup database called INSIG, and I copied the original records of IV10401 and IV10402 (for PRCSHID = 'BASE') from INSIG back into the NA database.
After doing this, the price sheet now appears again in GP without errors.
However, I still have one remaining problem:
When I create a new Sales Transaction Entry (SOP Invoice/Order), and I enter the item METROWTWC, Dynamics GP does NOT bring the correct item price automatically (the price for this item in the BASE price sheet is 115.000).
So the item exists, the price exists in IV10402, but GP does not load the price into the SOP line.
What could be causing this, and how can I fix it so the item pulls its price normally in a new sales invoice?
How do I solve the problem so that when the user fills in the item on the sales screen in the LINE, the item's price is automatically retrieved?
