Do you live in Sydney’s south? we may have a flexible and convenient role for you!

A role has become available within our organisation for a full or part time, passionate and enthusiastic office administrator who preferably has experience in Microsoft Navision CRM software, and coordinating an orderly office. Candidates must have expertise in miniating orderly accounts receivables and an outgoing, positive personality.

Our company is a family owned small business based in Sydney’s Sutherland shire. We are a well established business servicing our loyal clients for more than 30 years where we have been sourcing and distributing some of the leading artisan food products, attributed to Australian's growing demand for  better food with tradition and a quality source.

Your role will include the following

  • Accounts receivable:allocating customer EFT, cheque, credit card and cash payments, and maintaining orderly accounts receivable as well as ensuring payments are received on time.
  • Accounts Payable:Matching PO to invoices, supplier queries and reconciling monthly statements, credit notes, staff expenses, credit card reconciliations & EFT payments.
  • Invoicing customers
  • Payroll
  • Preparing daily banking and Cash and bank reconciliations
  • Customer service-related issues,liaising with customers and team members to help solve any queries.  
  • Maintaining orderly officeg. backing up datafiles, upkeeping office consumables, checking the answering machine, filing invoices, etc.
  • Coordinating with the director.
  • Preparing delivery runs

Experience required, please demonstrate the following

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (highly desirable).  
  • Prior experience in similar position (at least 3 years) and solid experience in an accounts receivable and payable.
  • Demonstration of maintaining orderly accounts receivable i.e. collecting on-time payments from customers
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Permanent resident or Australian Citizen
  • Demonstrated customer service skills. 
  • Ability to work within a small business
  • knowledge of food products highly desirable.
