I have a scenario where we post the sales shipments from the Inventory pick. We print the shipping note and add on the goods.
We have some customers that also want the shipping note by e-mail when we send. I know the option to both print and send exist, but it will be hard to remember which customers wants this.
Is there a way to do this automatically, som setting on the customer?
I will remember from the early testing that e-mails was sent in the background without me noticing at first. But now I do not remember what setting changed that.
