The screen is stuck is customization mode(minimized) as shown.
How do i maximize it?
I exited Dynamics, shut down computer...and still facing same challenge...

For temporary fix just delete from CustomVba table where ScreenId='your screen Id' , don't forget to take a back up before delete..
This happens sometimes: customization gets stored with the wrong form geometry.
You can try bringing the screen back to life with the alt-space trick.
