Picking List Registration error: 3.00 cannot be picked because only 0.00 is/are available from the inventory.

this occurs when I hit the 'update selected' button, eventhough the on-hand inventory has 26 of the selected items, i've tried refreshing the page several times, yet the error stills strike.

This is usually due to the dimensions where the stock is held being different from the dimensions used on the registration .e.g. do you control at site or warehouse.

nope, they are all different cases, i have no qty that are reserved

the qty reserved is for a different item: DGK001. While what I put in my Sales Order is item: SPTBSKT0001

No batch number, only serial number assigned.

Item stored in another warehouse for the same site or no

if yes check the physical option in storage dimension marked or no
