Visual Studio 2013 tools installation

Hello,

I am trying to install Visual Studio 2013 tools for Microsoft Dynamics AX for using SSRS report designing.

After selecting Visual Studio 2013 tools I get the following screen

And after I press Install nothing gets installed and I get the following screen

Nothing gets installed and there is nothing in Visual studio 2013.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    You have tried to open the Setup Log file in order to find more details?

    Is your installer kit the R3 RTM CU8 version? Or have you added slip-streamed patches to the installer? You should try to  make it a slip-streamed installer with matching the kernel version which you have on your AX AOS instance. Also make sure you have the correct Visual Studio version as a pre-requisite, it must be Professional or higher edition as per the MSDN support article:
