Locked/unlocked the submitted case at different stages

Hello,
I have external agents who will submit the case. I would like to locked/disabled the case as soon as they submit so that they shouldn’t be able to edit the case after submission. But there is scenario if we need more additional info then we would like to unlocked the case again for them to upload documents again. How can I achieve this functionality locked/unlocked in different stages? FYI, I am using Advanced form wizard with BPF.

    i have done this issue using fiter criteria in my list. so basically i used fetch xml from the Model driver app where records are saved and used that filter in my list.

    Hello Leah Ju,
     
    it’s not model driven app that I am trying to locked/unlocked. This is functionality looking for power apps portal page. Basically when external agent will submit the application then hide/disabled edit button so that they wouldn’t be able to edit/delete the application. Also we would like to allow external user to edit the application when we need additional documents.
