CRM Diag Tool Javascript Mesures

Hello ,

Actually I am using Dynamic CRM 2015 on premise I wanna Use CRM Diag Tool in order for checking CRM performance 

there is some javascript mesure how we can read it in terme of limit :

Exemple for:

latency it must be under 150mb 

Bandwidth mus be over 50KB/s

WHAT about the following javascript benshmarks ?

    HEllo,

    There is no recommendation for the JS Benchmarks, however, a smaller number is better.

    For better understanding of the performance and what might cause it, there is another tool which is the "Performance Center".

    This tool allows you to visual all of the form components loading with their associated loading times. It will aid you in identifying the components which are having a negative impact on performance because they are taking a long time to load.
