Combine consent and subscriptions request messages

Hello community,

in Dynamics 365 Marketing we normally need two required E-Mail request Messages (one for consent and one for subscriptions) and two "thank you" pages when activating the double opt-in process.

Is there a possibility to make this procedure much easier in combinig these two E-mails in one request message?

The Background is the following:

One of our customers has only two levels of consent (yes or no) and the wish is to have only one E-Mail request message when subscribing for a Newsletter which also includes the confirmation for the consent.

    Thank you for sharing the feedback

    Honestly, I am not aware it it's possible to achieve this result. I would perpahps open a post in the Dynamics 365 Application Ideias requesting this feature request, experience.dynamics.com/.../

    I would recomend the customer to open a support ticket with Microsoft, in case they more information about the subscription process

    Hi Alexander,

    it might be possible that our new feature for double opt-in releasing in spring will address your question. It will allow for to set up DoI on a form level and send one confirmation for several subscriptions and consent.
