Just wanted your help to update the existing currency exchange rate. I am not able to update the rate with the API. I all the PATCH and PUT requests i am getting the below error.

"code": "BadRequest_MethodNotAllowed",
"message": "'PATCH' requests for 'CurrencyExchangeRatesNew' of EdmType 'Collection' are not allowed within Dynamics 365 Business Central OData web services."
Note:- I am passing the If-Tag in the header.
Any one have any idea how to updated the existing currecy rate.
