Hi,

I am using CRM 2011. I want to send mass mail to all CRM contacts. The mail contain image also. The mail should send with image on body not as attachment. Can I schedule sending mass mail from CRM.

Kindly help me to find a solution for this task.

I am trying to sell you a product... which I think it is well known in CRM industry as well.

If you have email router setup. Then you can create quick campaigns or regular campaigns with campaign activities to send bulk emails. Make sure the email service provider doesn't block you from sending bulk email using relay. To add images in body, you can place the images at a public location which is accessible over the internet. Then create the html which contains images, open html in IE, right click and click select all. Copy and paste it in email body in CRM.
